Milford mill..2015

Me and rubex took a Tripp to look at this old cotton mill.the mill was built in 1793 on the edge of the river derwent.the mill eventually had its spinning,bleaching and drying areas.with a foundry,gas works and joiners shop.a lot of the original mill was demolished in the fifties and sixties.part of the mill had been turned into a restraunt which is now shut down.i did manage to acsses the restraunt,me and rubex really enjoyed this place.some really nice bits in it,some empty rooms,we spent several hours in here then it was on to the next location..

great set here, i will have to check this place out, i drive past it most days .
Didnt know it had been derelict so long, part of it was being used till about 5 years back, When did it close do you know?

Perhaps the main mill shut in the fifties and sixties..and they maybe had a smaller operation going.because some of the buildings are a bit more modern
