i visited here last year.and the rot was slowly setting in.but I could not believe how much a place has gone downhill in such a short time.the staid had been stolen and broken,nearly every window had been smashed in,the organ had been smashed up a fair bit.In fact just about every inch of this place is vandalised.and to be honest with the sad and evil history of this place and the state of it,the best thing for it is to get the bulldozers in and raze the place to the ground

Nice pics, it seems to be the way of world now anything left derelict give it six months the end result is the place gets smashed to bits. Crookham Manor is going the same way as the Derby Infirmary did before it got demolished.
 
A nice set of photos sad to see these once grand places end up like this.

Beautifully tragic.

I do like the barn pictures though with all the foliage reclaiming the buildings and land, nature heals.
