Sedburgh Mills was a warehouse unit with the last tenant being a moving & storage company. Previous occupiers have included card clothing manufacturers and wire and cable manufacturers. Planning for the site is currently in abeyance with the following on the council's website "Suitable brownfield site with poor access and a number of other constraints which need to be addressed before delivery"
What remains was made up of two floors which part of has been torched at some point and a small warehouse has been demolished, it's in a dodgy area of the town so it's quite trashed sadly.
