These are high up on the Lincolnshire Wolds, were used for Troposperic Scatter Communications during the cold war, they are huge and very photogenic. I chose to visit at dawn on a frosty morning...

In this shot one can see a tower behind the dishes, it is the last remaining radar tower from the Home Chain WW2 radar system.

brilliant cracking shots..The one with the sun coming through is special..I really need to get here just to see these dishes.been on my to do list for ages.

Crackin' shots mate !! Went here a while ago and got some night shots on a beautifully moonlit night and thought they couldn't be bettered BUT............. !!
