Whilst visiting Birmingham recently, I passed this place and could not resist popping in for a look.
I have no idea what company occupied the building, or when they vacated it but it looks to have been empty for a long time. There were no clues left inside.
Perhaps somebody on here knows the history and can fill us in.
It is located on Cardigan Street just off the inner ring road.
Demo is well underway, I noticed that a lot of the decorative stonework has been saved and is packed up on pallets.
