I found this place by pure chance while driving down the A34 and it had taken me an extra hour or so to find a direct route to it.
Well the site we visited was the former factory and grain silos of Seeney’s animal and pet food products near kidlington Oxfordshire I don’t know how long this place has been closed for but by the look of the old machinery and the state of the place it’s been a few years.
Well unfortunately with me being me I forgot to load a touch in my bag so missed a fair bit of the site as it was way to dark in places so I can see a re-visit is on the cards next time we are in this neck of the woods of Oxfordshire
So on with the shots

cheers for looking:mrgreen:

Water Eaton grain silo was built in 1948 by the Department of Food and was in operation as a silo until the end of the Cold War.

Post-closure over the years the grounds housed a van hire company, skip hire company and Seeney's pet supplies who never actually used the silo just the land around it.

Thank you for correcting me and for the info mookster there is not much info on the internet of the site.
But was a great explore would love to see the bits I missed as I recon there is still loads more to see but it is so dark in there and been well chaved as its also been flooded it sounds like the water is still on and been ruptured as there is gushing water coming from the offices and the gate house. Thanks again mate o and p.s have you any idea what this is

I've actually got no idea what that is!

That's alright, yeah it's been hit fairly hard recently although there's nothing left to steal pikey-wise. The water main ruptured earlier this year and is flooding the offices, and the water in the basement has risen over a foot since last march so pretty soon it'll flood the slightly higher basement level accessed from the ends of the building, which is a shame as it was mint in there.
