Traveling around Hoy, one of the islands of Orkney we bump into a few derelict buildings. hope you enjoy the pictures

plus we bumped into this bonus vehicle.. Apparently once their vehicels break down, they leave them where they are.. is this true?? maybe someone will know better

It's quite possible for vehicles to be left once they die on the islands. Not many (if any) scrapyards up there & it would cost too much to ship to the mainland.

Once the sea air has hit most of them, there isn't much left
