The limeworks just across the road from the mine entrances, and is where the mined limestone, which was transported from the mine along a tramway and across a bridge, ended up. They were originally built in 1870 and rebuilt in 1937. More details at Scotlands Places: Cults Hill Limestone Quarry.

Had a mooch about here after the brickworks a while back, good to see it again.
