I found this location purely by chance on my way to have a look around the West Middlesex hospital. I nearly didn't go in, but access was so easy that I couldn't resist it - something it seems from the condition of the place it seems was true of quite a few people. The inside has been thoroughly trashed, which is great if you like your locations messy - and, for me, the messier the better.
I've called this Gregory Demolition (and others) because the gate said Gregory Demolition and I found paperwork for that company but there was signs that Pharos Marine and at least one other company worked from here. Some places had Gregory Demolition and Pharos Marine stuff and others seemed more like a furniture factory.
The location is made up of three buildings connected by contained walkways at the second floor. I saw one a half buildings, which took about 1h40m. One building I missed because the access point was fully visible to a main road (the door of the walkway upstairs was nailed shut) and the half was because another building had been divided and I didn't see a way through until I had to leave. I shall definitely be making another visit in the near future.
I was going to post a ton of pictures, but I've just put my favourite ones here instead.
