The croft across the loch

This old place was still lived in by an elderly brother and siister up until about 5 or 6 years ago, even though the kitchen ceiling had collapsed long before then. They've now thankfully moved on and the house is now open to the elements. I didn't go upstairs as the rest of the ceilings looked as if they were about to go the same way as the kitchen! The kitchen is the roofless extension on the left of the main building.

What a magnificent place to live! I hope that someone with a bit of money is able to buy it and restore it.

Yep! retirement in 20 odd years . . . Away from the f***in lot. Lovin the Porta Potti / commode at the bottom of the stairs!

Holiday home!?? Hell no, you should live in a location like that if you have the choice.

Everyone should own a portaloo. Mine was invaluable at Glastonbury.
