Found this after revisiting the neighbouring Undershaw Hotel. Both of these are casualties of the uncertainty in the area surrounding works of the A3 bypass. No interior access to the hotel but noticed this. Its a complete 2 1/2 storey house, apparently dating from the early 1900s by the style. Was extensively refurbed in the 1990s , judging by the style of decoration. Interior is in good condition. The owners left some stuff behind even. At this stage I do not know if its scheuled for demolition or mothballing by a developer pending further development within the externsive gardens of the site.
