As there seems to be a lot of chat about abandoned Soviet Airfields in East Germany being banded about today, it would seem appropriate to share this from last month.
Visited with Covert Urbex, Priority 7 and Nobody – Lovely to finally meet you chap.
Not much history that I want to give away, European explorers keep a lot more under their hat, and as I’m trying to get in with them at the mo, I’ll be doing the same! I don’t think this one’s ever been reported before, just something P7 spotted on a map and thought we should check out, so we did, this is what we found.
Welcome in:
Going up!
Curved frontages seem to be the theme of this tour!
Mmmm…soviet switches…
Spot the CovertUrbex…
I was pleased to find lots of handwritten documents still in situ, not stolen, not vandalised:
To the hangars!
Old piece of film. 100 Urbex points if anyone can identify it.
Like most massive barracks there was you usual plethora of facilities, cinemas, gyms, but I thought I’d finish in the nursery. Cheers for looking.
