Another from the back catalogue - visited with silent Hill back in May of 2010.
A couple of mills, since demolished and housing built, that were virtually next to
each other in the Hollins area of Oldham.
I never did remember which was which - one was more interesting than the other
but both made for enjoyable visit.
Views from the roof were fantastic and it was wonderfully peaceful up there - happy
memories again silent . Could have happily stayed up there for ages.
Again shot with the Canon G10 and one of several places where it hurtled toward
the tarmac'd floor !!!
Views from and on the roof - Hartshead pike can be seen - actually the name of
the hill it's on rather than the monument - but most people call the monument
that too.
If you look very carefully on top of the bar between the two bits of building you can
just see Jodrell Bank - yep it is viewable all the way to Oldham
