Couldn't dig up much information about this site, or should I say sites. The signage on the outside describe five works. Billinge Holdings Ltd, Fine Finishes Ltd, Severn Marine Services Ltd, Static Coatings Ltd, and R J Farwell engineering. The little information I found seems to point towards one director.
It's an old style factory building. Stone work on the gable ends describe it was established in 1770 then rebuilt in 1906.
Looks like produced metal coatings and electroplating. An online HSE document I came across mentions a failure to have LEV system for spray booth used for control of powder coating powders, wether this played a part in the firm's closure is anyones guess.
