After a bit of a trek in the hot sun up to this place, I eventually stumbled across it. Can't find any history online about this place, but it appears to have been closed for some time. An interesting little mooch this one. Like others before, I declined the climb on the rusty ladder to the roof. It just looked a bit too dodgy, especially as I was on me todd.
