Looks like we got there just in time as you may have read in the other thread that it has been cleared of its contents and a more recent update that large bonfires have been burning in the back garden. Quite a sad thought that any of the personal items in this amazing little cottage have been destroyed in this way but not surprising given the recent media exposure its recieved.
The darkness inside is depicted in the photographs and it's quite a feat to get sharp images inside here as every time a vehicle drove past the house literally shook! Its condition is very parlous but it is [or was] full of history of past lives.
I wont put up any history for obvious reasons, just sad a beautiful location has become a non event for anyone wanting to see it.
