Fisons Fertiliserss where based at this site until 2003, it was first developed from 1851 to 1854 as a fertiliser plant by Packards, but the large Grade II-listed wooden warehouse was built when Fisons arrived.
The wooden warehouse is one of the largest listed building in suffolk and its quite impressive. Sadly its roof has fallen through in places and the upper levels floor was questionable!
Visited with a non-member (my brother) we managed to get a few shots but we had been warned there is security patrols on site so where a little on edge especially with the large open areas with no cover.
Really liked this building, will have to go back at somepoint to get some more varied shots.
Anyways heres a few internals of the main building.
