Been keeping an eye on this one for a while.a few years to be honest.just lately an auction sign has gone up.so I went to have a look.fearing I would have to go through a tiny hole in the back door I found an easier way in.the house has been virtually stripped out,but some nice features still..the house is three storeys high.with three rooms downstairs and several bedrooms.its in a great state of disrepair.the very top floor felt very unstable,had to watch my footing here and keep to the joists.its very dark and dingy inside with plants and trees growing all around it.there is a livestock shed outside,not sure if it was sheep or not.and a chicken shed.the house goes for auction in a few weeks and at the asking price of one hundred and eighty thousand.whoever buys it will have there work cut out.
