Visited these old prefabs a few weeks ago as I was passing them.after battling the brambles to get to them I got to the first set.there are three sections to the buildings,originally constructed as a temporary measure for the airfield,and housing the officers,they were later used to house civilians after the war.there ain't nothing to exciting about them.even though there is a little graffiti in the first building they are fairly clean.some nice colours and decay,I do like the original fireplaces of standard RAF tiled design.but I really like the brick fire place outside.why it's outside I don't know.it looks like it was maybe a covered room once upon a time,and has now collapsed.
