Had a little look at this site not long after looking at the one at lound.which is not a huge distance away.this site was also used to protect the town of great Yarmouth from attacking german planes.were as lound is round gun pits and very messy,this had square pits and was very clean.you could not get in the command post though,as they had bricked up the doorways and and windows,and the one door surviving had a great padlock on it.this was the first square site I had seen.
Each pit had its own engine room.
