Done this the late part of last year with The New Mendoza, forgot about it till looking though some pics. It was built in the 1800s from sandstone from Beech caves another explore in the area
The hall has been empty for a few years now but the gardens are still maintained and the rest of the site now has now become a shopping complex come vistor attraction.
From the rear the place is ok looking but gives me anyway, the impression of a wannabee grand hotel? the front though is rather attractive and very pleasing. Not a lot inside apart from vast amounts of rock climbing equipment???
