Intro
From the outside you would not expect anything at all. To most passers by it appears as a office block in mid refurbishment. You would also be correct to assume this, the building closed as it awaited an asbestos removal. The entry is also unexpected, although I will not discuss it here, and the fact alarm triggers are active makes it a bit of an unusual explore.
The Explore
On the day we had traveled down to Welwyn to try the remaining part of the shredded wheat factory. This turned to be a bit of a struggle as entering in the broad daylight was almost impossible, although we did get close. So after a trip to Aldi we decided to venture to this office block. In 2016 ExplorerX had gone into the block and set off the alarm resulting in police being called. Never the less, we gave it a try.
The Photos
These are in some sort of order. Although you will need to excuse the quality on some shots as we had been rushed for time.
Turning the corner from our entry we could see the construction equipment inside.
As there are sensors down there we did not feel like risking anything.
We found the stairs and headed to the top floor.

Inside the 1st floor office it was obvious the place had been stripped and was starting to decay.
Yet again, fearing the alarm triggering we stayed the safety of the stairwell and continued up.
The top floor office was heavily vandalized, suggesting abandonment of the site.
Our next goal was to descend to the bottom floor and work round to the other half.
This also means another staircase shot.
This did not go to plan. Whilst walking down we heard workers inside and escaped. Unfortunately most photos had come out too bright/dark or blurry to be acceptable to post. Although I have managed to salvage an external.

I have managed to salvage some shots so I'll stick them here.
Anyway that's all I have for this one.
