Riverside one was used as a studio and also escape room as well
- Back in 2017 i explore the basement as everything was still in use.as part of there generation they are knocking building down and open up the tunnels access to the fort as part of there project

So somehow me and a few other explores gained access to the basement and what we saw was amazing - Some blueprints and an old tunnel entrance .
