This was obviously a beautiful home once, but now it's in a bad state, most of the upper floors are gone and it's very unstable. Locals often refer to it as The Nunnery, although I can't find any evidence of it actually being used as one, although it is opposite a church of the same name, so it wouldn't be too surprising. Permission has been granted for the demolition of the existing building and construction of 51 sheltered housing units.
