The Orchard House is worth £400,000 and was abandoned sometime in 2017. A couple used to live here a husband and wife, sadly sometime in 2016 the husband passed away. We are not sure of the exact date when the place was abandoned.
There is a workshop also at the back of the property.
John (webb7photography) and his team also found a letter dating 25th September 2019 saying that they owe over £212,000 for the property.
