The Millside Business and Development Centre at Dalton nr Rotherham was once an Edwardian Primary School. Sadly the whole property burnt to the ground in 2017. Investigators are uncertain as to the cause of the fire.
It’s a largish explore with plenty to see and some good media can be captured. It’s bang slap next to a main road and housing estate and so it’s not too private to do.
We noticed it only when shopping at a local supermarket and seeing as we had our equipment decided to take a peek.
Again sadly there is said to be a housing application in place to flatten the site and rebuild a housing estate in top of it.
Hope you enjoy.

PS Bizarrely we discovered a full red wine bottle sandwiched between two brand new notebooks. Clueless as to why they were there.
