The only history that I could research regarding this property (gleaned from a Psychic who checked the house when it was pristine, the Police turned up during his explore and agreed with him when he asked if his findings were correct) is that The Mans Wife became ill and was eventually taken into a care home. When she passed he became ill himself was taken into Hospital and died of a broken heart because he missed his true love and could not carry on without her by his side.
