I've just seen that this place is going to be demolished to put up a similar building in it's place so figured I'd do the report now. Normally I'm not keen on posting places that I think look very 'burn-able' or that have equipment still in them unless there are lots of other reports already. Anyway ...
HISTORY: The former buildings of Shevington Community Primary have stood empty for five years now since it was closed due to falling numbers. Wigan Council took the decision to close Shevington on 27 October 2017 and transfer children to Shevington Vale Primary School. The building became part of the council's estate so it was their job to keep the building secure. They've done a lousy job. There has been a Shevington Primary school for over 200 years apparently if you include the older building currently being used as a nursery. The council promised to have an open day to let the community come in and 'say goodbye' to the building. No record of that ever happening and the save the school campaign didn't even pause the decision:

EXPLORE: Far too easy to get in. I think I've said before on the forums how certain places still have a smell like hospitals and schools. This one was no different. Still smelled like a school. There were two separate buildings on the site and a few play areas. This is probably considered the main building:
There were a dozen or so sensors all numbered round the building:
Look at the teeny tiny little toilet block!!
Anyone know what the orange in the cracks are? Was only on a few window sections in the centre:
Someone had been kipping here. The room smelt of piss which was ridiculous because the very next room was a toilet block:
