Set on the edge of a Leicestershire village sits the beautiful double fronted Victorian house. I have passed this house so many times over the years. It always looked dilapidated, but the bins on occasion, would be put out at the roadside. one day whilst passing, I saw the property being emptied. Doing a local renovation search , this house popped up! Selling at auction , redevelopment possible , with the relevant planning permission. I had to go explore, and quickly! Now the house has been sold, and the new owners are are currently renovating this bebeautiful property.
