I have been fascinated with this care home since seeing it many years ago on urbex forums. I loved that the rooms were still left as they had been the day it closed.
I saw that the building was becoming more and more unsafe, and thought I was too late to take a peak myself.
It's a beautiful building, unfortunately structurally very unsafe. It had me sweating that's for sure ! Unfortunately its looking worse for wear now, but from natural decay and weather damage, with the floors and stairs collapsed.
Im glad I got to see it myself, and I'm sure some of you wonder about how it looks now.

History- can't find much...
It was built in yellow brick under a Welsh Slate roof sometime between 1855 and 1862 . The Church sold it in 1982 and it opened as the Old Rectory Care Home in 1983. The Home closed in 2000 and it has been left to the elements ever since....
