I have often walked past this place when it was in use,It always seemed very busy and industrious but suddenly in recent times closed up,locked up and cleared off.It was once a filling station but later a car and van hire depot right in the centre of Derby.This was a bit of a mini explore whilst out and about recently.
The team consisted of DRAMA QUEEN,TIMEWARP AND JOHNO23.
Theres not much to the place really and according to the local press,it is due to be demolished to make way for office accomadation etc.Anyway its derelict so heres a few pictures.
