St Peter's Seminary (see also Risky buildings - religious and What future for St Peter's College) must be one of the most frequently explored buildings in Scotland, and bungle666 explored it within days of myself. It was designed by Glasgow arcitects Gillespie, Kidd and Coia and its architecture is said to have been influenced by Le Courvoisier.
It was opened in 1966, and closed in 1980. On closure there were only 21 student priests. Restoration is estimated at £14 million, IIRC. Earlier this year, Urban Splash expressed an interest.
