Pioneer house was originally built for the Co-op society in 1872, which later became known as the Pioneers Industrial Society. This building is Grade II listed and was designed by Holtom and Fox architects who were designed Dewsbury town hall which was built in 1889. Later in its life it was converted into seperate units including a bar, restaurant, pool hall and various shops. Visited with Frontline81 and ernie99uk.
