The Luton to Dunstable disused branch line has been well documented apart from the final leg. I'm not quite sure what the point of it was, maybe a loop line for the extensive sidings that used to be there. Who knows?
Our journey starts here, a disused bridge just outside Luton station...
A set of points covered in leaves...
A nice surprise to come across this...
Plodding on...
...we come to the first of a set of three bridges...
A ground signal...
Under the road bridge...
Disused footbridge one...
Disused footbridge two...
And the view across the footbridge...
Far out man...
Behind the old railway sheds, now factories...
More ex-railway equipment...
...and the line ends just behind me.
