A small report this one, a bit of an epic fail of the trio today. Didn't have my wingman Scotty with me today who is good for building infiltration.

Seems the University of Exeter had some part to play in owning this property/grounds at some point.
There is a nice manor house with some scabby 70's type building next to it which appears to be used as a hall for hire.
The inside pics are of ones taken though the glass. Some are a little blurred to...lack of care taking the shots it seems >)
