Firstly, a very happy new year to anyone who can see this!
One of the last explores of 2008 was a satisfying trip to a site that very few people know about, one of grandeur and practically no vandal damage.
It is for these reasons i will keep this report private, at least for now. If anyone here wants to know more, let me know.
The Legat School of dance, in Wadhurst (Kent) closed some time in the earlier half of the decade. I first visited in summer 2008, and there was a definite security presence - but following a recent handover to 'Silver Homes' it would appear that they have all but disappeared.
Trying to find out information about this place has turned only a few snippets of information, including a single report on 'the other forum' but all I can say is that it is built to a very high standard of detail, and contains some of the grandest rooms and features i have seen while exploring - including the main hall which is stunning.
Exterior photos are from May 2008 recce, interiors and exteriors taken from inside are from new years eve.
