This is the smaller bungalow on the same site as the other house "124 Station RD West Horndon". This house was in a right mess. When I use to walk past it back in 2004 you would always hear water hitting the floor inside. The water leak inside was leacking constantly from 2004 until 2009 when someone finally turned it off. The electricity was also still live too. Bad combination. When I went into this house in 2005 the water was pouring through the ceiling from the loft. A pipe had burst. so for 5 years it was gushing out water. The stench inside was awful. Moss & Spores were growing on the walls & the floor. Apart from the burst water pipe the house would have been fine, even the Boiler & central heating still worked.
