There were 2 houses that were on the same grounds. They have been empty since early 2000. The house here was currently being refurbished & was never finished. The house was originally a tiny bungalow. Then both houses on the grounds were bought by the same owners & combined as one. In total the larger house had a total of several fires’, all of which was arson by the owners for insurance, that way they built it bigger. Each time it was torched they got the insurance & would add more & more extensions. But the final time they failed & were caught out. Couldn't keep up the repayments & the house was then blacklisted. Because off the fires & the house not being built properly anyway plus being blacklisted they were doomed. Evidence off this was found inside. There were bank statements everywhere demanding this & that. Since then both of the houses have remained empty & neglected. They were recently demolished.
