Visited Stoke with Thompski and all he got me was these few shots of potteries :)

They were both only small places and not of very much note really but it was nice to get out and about

The first place we visited was Tams fine potteries but we couldn`t actually get into the factory part and had to make do with the offices and rest room and a large empty wherehouse..

We went from here looking for armatige shanks but a series of wrong turns and the fact that Thompski only knows where it was from the train he gets through the area made us totally miss it....We did find this quite nice place though..

Thanks for looking :)

It never ceases to amaze me the amount of crocks that are left untouched in potteries.
Nice find and pics, TP. I have a fondness for potteries...they're always interesting. :)

I get the urge to go all "Greek Wedding" when I see stuff like that - which would break too many rules in the Urbex handbook. I don't do potteries...;)

"Just Mugs" is another good one to visit, it has a superb rooftop with great views.
