A big thank you

I just want to say a big thank you to "Tiny" and Lewis for today. I didn't get your actual forum names, but I know you'll know who you are!

To put a long story short myself - along with my friend and his girlfriend - were out today on our first ever UrbanEx. We came across a site well documented on here, however were greeted with new Razor Wire Fence. We bumped into Tiny and Lewis there and spoke to them for a bit before going onto two further sites with them.

Unfortunately neither of these paid off, but I wanted to say a public thank you for babysitting three brand new UrbanExers for the day. It was thoroughly enjoyable and I hope we meet up again sometime!

Yes; it's nice to find that the really friendly feeling one gets when you read the forum, does actually translated into hands on help. Something in this day and age that can be very hard to find, believe you me! Ego's, secrecy, who knows? As Druid states, the most meaningful post on here for a long time!

A quick update, we've since all connected on social media and are arranging our next outing!

Having been a "lurker" for almost 3 years, it's nice to be made to feel welcomed into the community!
