The Plymouth ABP (Association of British Ports) building is located in Millbay Docks, Plymouth.

Surrounded by an impressive natural harbour known as Plymouth Sound, the Port of Plymouth’s Millbay Docks have a tidal basin with 13 ha of water. With a 200-m long berth and an anchorage ground for vessels of up to 300 m in length, the port is large enough to accommodate most ocean-going cruise liners.

Looking at the equipment and documents inside i'd say it closed since the early 90's. Myself and Lycos were given access details (thanks Scotty  ) and decided to head down for a look.

After heading upstairs to the 2nd floor and 3rd floor levels it became more apparent theat somebody had/has been living in there. Not a major problem we thought, until we found the following..... All the signs of Narcotics abuse . A few last snaps and time to leave

Tin foil, spoon, candles and munchies...

happy i could help :)

its shame its getting trashed.
there was a french squatter in there for a month or two. he made the access even easyer, sadly.
that place has been raided twice as well.

Thanks for heads up on this one scotty. Don't think i'll be heading back in a hurry. And yeah definates signs of it getting trashed

All looked pretty fresh as far as the squatter being concerned mate, n why make the bed if you dont intend to come back? didn't think to check the dates on the cakes & milk bottle in the other room, might have given some indication of how recently it was being used? and by the sounds of what you say it seems it may be being used again?

Thanks for the info Elvis...didn't Vax make carpet cleaners?
and a MINI computer?? lol, hope they never had to move them far!
