Came across this place en-route to pick up an item in St Helens with half hour to spare thought id take a closer look.
Its located in the Alexandra Works Park area which was part of Pilkingtons Glass, got told later that it was orignally offices for Pilkingtons.
Its last use was for the Greater Merseyside Connexions Partnership Ltd.

This is the partnership's mission statement "Greater Merseyside Connexions provides information, advice and guidance (IAG) for all young people aged 13 to 19 and supports them in planning for the future. High quality careers guidance is delivered via a network of trained Professional Advisers".

From the outside it doesnt look too bad but the inside looks as if a tornado has ripped through it:).The copper fairies have been hard at work, its completely stripped and trashed.
If your interested its still available to let:p "As self contained offices and generous parking set in 1.82 acres"according to the letting agent.

Thanks for looking.

Good pics! I'm surprised you didn't get any unwanted attention due to the building being so close to the main road. Did you get in from round the back somewhere? Anything else of particular interest to see in there?

Wow that is really trashed!

Shame the fairies seem to get there before us most of the time!
