1 first one

2 the view

3 Stumbled upon this marker stone, anyone got any ideas? I also found three more

4 Another one

5 This I assume is a generator house for supplying power to the searchlights, I could see beds in there for motors.

6 Six pounder gun Emplacement

7 Another searchlight, bit of scramble down the cliff to this one

8 Original graffiti?

9 Looking back in

11 Finally the remains of a 16th century Blockhouse

Dude, excellent report.

Have only been over there in the dark when it was somewhat windy (Pembrokeshire windy-force 5!!!:)),good to see them in the light.

Just got back from Pembs, very quiet over at the Defensible yesterday.

Awesome stuff there Walsh and in such great condition, must get down there some time. The stones are War Department Boundary markers, meant you were on Government land and could have been arrested, least in the war you would have.

Follow the coast path from west angle bay towards freshwater west.

And when you get to Fresh, check out the HAA on the hill above the bay near the war memorial :)

And the view over the bay from up there is pretty cool too!
