Jim's Second Rooftop! Wooo!
Straight out of our usual comfort zone with this one, but it was well worth it to see something different! Not the highest of the high, but still pretty high, trust me there were lots of stairs and I was knackered! Shout outs to Konrad for showing the place to me and for not singing on the bus with the drunk Irish girls at 4am that I wanted to murder! I literally kissed my car when I saw it again at the tube station car park! I love you, Mazzy... <3
Our entry to the site was incredibly hasty. Secca were coming and going at random so we seized our 30 seconds of opportunity, with Konrad going in like a ninja and me rolling around like a lame giraffe. Several flights of stairs later and we were in!
I'm dazzled by the lights and reflections in the buildings. I liken it to an alien world, but then if you've spent your whole life growing up in sleepy seaside towns, you would!

We're taking shots, but we're feeling anxious and expecting doors to open any second and Secca to come pouring through.

We popped off some more shots and decided that we'd leg it soon...

Triumph!

Our fears were confirmed when as we headed for the stair well, we saw a car and a motorbike just outside the compound, with 3 Secca waiting by the gate. We pegged it down the stairs and jumped out on the opposite side and did a little bit of cardio, before stopping in a cul-de-sac for marshmallow squares and a sip of juice Despite having to put up with hysterical Portuguese women, slow buses, drunks, puke and Dublin's finest, it was well worth the trip!
Might be a bit of video coming, depends on how it came out!
Thanks for looking!
