Visited with Cogito, work to develop the site into apartments is well underway now, basments now been drained but is undergoing asbetos removal so we gave it a miss.. all in all an excellent site and good explore well worth it

Great to see some up-to-date photos of the site...lovely pics, Jonus. Tis a fabulous place, but a lot more decrepid now than it used to be. Glad that work's being undertaken on it. Good stuff.

This looks to be a crackin' fine building. Thanks for sharing your photos of this one. The place still holds it's dignity even with the decay

Great Work!!

Wonderful to see your photos of the continuing renovation of my old art college.
I look forward to seeing more in the future. As you no doubt know, I have commented on this place before. I was there from 1974 - 78 a lot has changed in that time.
Glad that the building as a whole, is going to be saved.

good stuff, its about time they put a new roof on it! i was there last year and when it was raining water was coming through the walls, even with the tent thing over it!
