Thought I'd pop out and check on a few places and on my way back i decided to check on this place..

Ashcroft Hostel
Ashcroft Hostel was first built for 22 people. It is a residential care home for people with mental health issues.
It is near to the local community facilities, like shops and a library, and is on a
bus route into Leicester City. Ashcroft Hostel had 14 staff for up to
16 residents. It offered support to
Residents with mental health needs to help them become as
independent as possible. This is called the rehabilitation service.
People with mental health needs having a short break at the
hostel.​

The usual suspects have visited! give them there due they did prety much clean up after them selves by filling some of the bedrooms with the crap instead of leaving it all over the place lol
Residential services at Ashcroft Hostel, are decommissioned by
June 2012.

Well well well. One has to wonder what a "short break" in such a nice place could do for resident's sanity ...those curtains, & with the aqua blue walls, it's mind blowing...

Another gap in residential care for the mentally ill for want of funding. Viva Care in the Community... not.
