This art deco style building was the headquarters, main warehouse and distribution depot for Barratts shoes - a company which went into administration meaning that the building has stood empty since 2012. Well, when I say stood empty, not really because they were in such a rush to get out , that they left everything behind! Sadly no shoes to try on , but all manner of electrical equipment for computer geeks to play with! This place is in the process of being demolished so housing can be built, so get in there quick if you want to see it!
