A Quick visit here a few weeks back with my lad. We were in, photos & out in 20min.
Hasn't been on here for a while so I thought it warranted a post.
Brigstock camp started off life as an immigration camp, then used as several divisions of army camp and training facility.
In its later life it was used to house some of the hundreds of (mainly Scottish) workers brought down to work for Stewarts & Lloyds steelworks (British steel which the small remaining part is now owned by Tata)
Access is easy, but the main barn is still being used for agricultural storage by a local farmer.
Its quite an extensive site, but all of the wooden / asbestos huts are in a poor state of decay with floors non existent.
Anyway on with the pics, as I say were grabbed in a rush on my usual poor camera so excuses in advance.
