Ive decided to combine these into one thread to save creating threads on each bunker. First off a Type 22 S0008337 located at the bottom of two garden in the village of Potton. This one was well hidden and i would have missed it had it not been for a very freindly and helpfull land owner. Its pretty hard to judge the outside condition as you can see and the inside is full of stuff.

Next up on my list was Spiggot Mortar S0008318 which was very easy to find, the position on the google earth map is slightly out as it now sits right on the corner of the woods, sadly a fence has been built over the top of it so only half can be photographed and the central post part does not look origional:

Next onto Pilbox type 22 S0008317 which lays in a hedgerow by a Scout Hut. As you can see it is pretty well buried in earth and there is no acsess to the inside, all my photos are taken through firing slots:

Finaly for today onto Pillbox Type 22 S0008427 which turned out to be totaly hidden as aparently according to the land owner was used by 'the undesirable people' and they boarded it up to prevent acsess. All that can be seen now is this corrugated iron covering the entrance, the rest is totaly overgrown:

I shall be continuing to locate and photograph more bunkers etc in Bedfordshire as and when i can and i shall upload the photos here.

The spigot mortar pin looks to be identical to the one in Ware, both of which appear to be made of some sort of stainless steel. I would have thought definitely original. :)

They were all made from stainless steel to the same design, I've only seen one that had rust on and if memory serves me right was one of Rich's posts the other day. Nice finds there snap them spigot mortars can be a right pain in the proverbials to find

It seems to be a square one. I've only seen one other square one which is at Pett Coastal Battery. There are a few octagonal and hexagonal ones too.
