AT LAST!! this place has been my nemesis for many many moons now, but FINALLY i have done it!!! 
cardinal place was started in 2006 by a local development company called hillstone developments, and should have been WELL completed by now, but unfortunately the develpopment firm went bust in september leaving these blocks incomplete........
there is STILL live security on the premises, but they dont seem too interested TBH, we never saw the guard all the time we were on site!!
after many fails at this site its good to finally get it done!!
